We were blessed with the weather, having made the decision to leave Carlow early (08:30) we managed to almost avoid the rain altogether. We went into the South Prison from Camara hill side and ascended the large gully to the top. From there we went over to the Col between Lug and Cannow and dropped into the North Prison where we Scrambled up a short Gully., Given the fact that it was so early and such a nice day, we then dropped into back down under a Crag and up a longer and cleaner Gully. Then we headed for Camara hill and back to the car just before a large shower. A great day was had by all and looking forward to next Months Scramble.
