Lovely views in the Comeragh Mountains today.

A most enjoyable day in the Comeraghs led by Michael, starting at the Mahon Falls headed towards Com Tae and Com a Locha then assended up gully and on towards Moonavoola Hill where we had lunch. We then headed back towards Mahon Falls assended Comeragh Mountain and back down to the start. Photos taken by Nuala, Michael, John & Lily.

A wet day in Wicklow.

Photos from Franks walk in Wicklow last week. Stating in the Wicklow Gap, assending Fair Hill and eventualy crossing a very swollen Glanakeera Brook after a few attempts, from there headed west to a foggy Whitehill and on to Lough Ferrib. We then make our way throught the peat hags and on to Turlough Hill, then eastwards to Camaderry and decended to Luganure mines and then back north west to finish at the Wicklow Gap. Coming from Mount Leinster heading for Rathanna Ridge with Blackstairs facing us.

Photos from last Sundays walk in the Blackstairs led by John, starting at the Nine Stones, climbed to Mount Leinster via Black Banks. We then decended down to Rathanna Ridge then keeping right back up to the Nine Stones.
