Friday 21st June - Paddy Looney Memorial walk, Contact Barry on 086-1098244, meeting at Askea at 18.00 for car pooling with last car leaving at 18.30 for Fentons Pub then climbing Lugnaquilla.
Sunday 23rd June - Mediium Hike in the Wicklow mountains - Contact Pat on 087-9578845, Walkers are meeting up at Barrack Street, Carlow for car pooling departing at 09.30 sharp.
Newcomers to all walks are welcome and are advised to phone the contact person in advance and best to arrive 10 mins prior to the departure time. For all hikes please ensure you have the appropriate clothing and footwear with you as well as bringing a torch for the evenings.

Pictures are from todays hike in the Blackstairs led by Albert, a wet start and end to the walk. We started from Sculloge Gap up knockroe and stoney top, we then proceeded to mount leinster. After lunck break we went to the turf cutters cottage and started our way back via clorogue beag and down shannon's lane.
